Dave and Erin met in a college age class at church, and both had a dream of opening a youth ranch. They started dating and got married, all while still planning out the ranch. Over time, God showed them the tired and weary hearts of the people in ministry around them. The dream of a youth ranch quickly evolved into a place of rest and rejuvenation for not only missionaries and those in ministry, but anyone in need of a quiet place to go deeper in their faith journey. Thousand Hills Retreat Center is a place to disconnect from the distractions of the world around you and reconnect with our great God. Our name comes from the scripture below. All that we have is God’s and he has given us the blessing of managing it and sharing it with others. The land used to be a cattle farm and it showed us how amazing God is that He changes the purpose of a place in His timing.
